Pamela to wed for the third time?

Pamela Anderson and boyfriend Rick Salomon have applied for - and were granted - a marriage license in Las Vegas, according to Access Hollywood. "I was told late Saturday night that they filed for a marriage license," says a source, adding that Anderson - who has been performing with magician Hans Klok in Vegas - and Salomon have been inseparable lately. "Rick is always with her. He's backstage when she does her show all the time." According to Access, their Las Vegas affiliate KVBC confirmed that the pair got the license on Saturday. A rep for Anderson had no comment. Earlier this month, the Baywatch alum told Ellen Degeneres she was dating a new mystery man. "I paid off a poker debt with sexual favors, and I fell in love," she said on Ellen's show. "It's so romantic. It's romance." Asked about her future plans, she said, "I'm not really engaged. I don't know what I am. We may never get that far. We're in love." Salomon infamously appeared in One Night in Paris with Paris Hilton and is divorced from 90210 star Shannen Doherty.

Lindsay to spend the week with her dad

Lindsay Lohan's father is heading to Utah next week to spend five days of "quality time" with his troubled daughter - a visit he hopes will help in her battle to stay clean and sober. "We've still got a lot of catching up to do," said Michael Lohan, who reunited with the Mean Girls starlet for two days at the Cirque Lodge earlier this month after a two-year estrangement. This time, Michael will take his daughter from the facility to a remote, undisclosed location in Utah as part of out-patient therapy. "I'm looking forward to spending the next week with her," he said. "We've been in constant phone contact. She's in a great, great place now. I've never heard her so honest, contrite and focused. Lindsay is weeding out all the bad. She's taking a step back and reevaluating her life. What she tells - her honesty and openness - has brought me to tears. It's beyond words how proud I am of her," Lohan Sr. said. Sources says Michael and Lindsay wanted next week's visit and counselors gave their blessing. "They believe Michael's the best person for Lindsay to be with now," one insider revealed. "Not only is he her dad - someone with her best interests at heart - but he's also someone who successfully turned his life around after battling substance abuse." Unlike her mother, Lindsay's dad is not involved in her career.

Another celeb could face jail time

Michelle Rodriguez has failed to fulfill the terms of her probation in a DUI case and may face jail time, the LA City Attorney's office announced yesterday. "She hasn't shown proof of completion of her 30 days of community service," said a city spokesperson. "She could face jail time, but it's up to the judge." The City Attorney's office alleges that Rodriguez turned in a false document showing that she'd completed one day of service on September 25, court filings show. However, the actress later stated that she was in New York on that date. On Friday afternoon, Rodriguez arrived at the court for a hearing on the matter, looking somber and accompanied by her lawyer, who successfully asked the judge to postpone Friday's hearing to Oct. 12. Rodriguez was scolded by the Superior Court judge, who ordered her to complete two days of road cleanup duty for the California Department of Transportation. Outside the court, the Lost alum's attorney said, "We believe this is all due to a clerical error. My client did complete the full 30 days." In May 2006, Rodriguez served only four hours and 20 minutes of a two month sentence at the Lynwood, California, jail for violating probation stemming from a DUI arrest in Hawaii.

Kiefer formally charged with DUI

Kiefer Sutherland has officially been charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI. The Los Angeles County City Attorney's Office cited the 24 star with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above, and also asked that his 2004 probation be revoked. Sutherland will be arraigned on October 16 - in front of the same judge that presided over Paris Hilton's case. If convicted, the actor could face a maximum sentence of a year and a half in jail.

Nicole signs up for alcohol ed.

A six-months-pregnant Nicole Richie has enrolled in a lengthy anti-drinking education program. Papers filed with the Superior Court of California show that Richie signed up for an 18-month anti-drinking driver course, known as the SB 38 Alcohol Program, on Wednesday. SB 38 is for people who have been convicted of DUI on more than one occasion within a 7-year period, the Santa Barbara Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse states on its website. The program consists of 52 hours of group counseling, bi-weekly face-to-face interviews and 12 hours of alcohol education, according to the council. Participants are also encouraged to attend 12-step meetings. Richie was arrested in the early hours of December 11, 2006, after California Highway Patrol officers were alerted to a black Mercedes SUV driving the wrong way on Highway 134. The pregnant starlet was sentenced to four days in jail, fined $2,048 - and forced to sign up for the driving rehab course because she was previously convincted of DUI in June 2003.

Rumer lightens up

Rumer Willis liked the wig she's been wearing in her latest movie so much that she had her hair dyed platinum blond for real. Showing off the new color at Thursday's opening of the James Perse store in Beverly Hills, the 19-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore said her new look jolted her family. "I came home and my parents were really shocked when I walked in the house," she said. "My sisters looked at me like, 'What? Your hair!' But everyone, my parents, loved it." The makeover took seven hours to complete. "Honestly, it just took a long time. I got there at like 1, and I didn't leave until 8 p.m. I have really dark hair, so it took a long time, but it didn't really hurt," Willis said. "I got the idea because the movie I just finished, I was wearing a blond wig, so I saw myself like that. And I just went for it." Willis will also be a blond in another upcoming flick. "I always find that whenever I'm doing something big in my life, I want to change the hair," she said.

Britney gets some support from the past

Britney Spears can still count on old friends. Joey Fatone is offering the popstar a getaway from her life in the spotlight. "Britney, call me, come over to my house, come to Orlando, get away from it all," Fatone told Extra. "It's a good thing to get out of LA." Last weekend, Spears spent time in Atlanta after being charged with hit-and-run in LA. "I think she just needs some time, some time to really heal," says Fatone, who has known Spears for many years but hasn't seen her in some time. "If you're there, let me know. I'm here for you, sweetheart."

Lindsay to stay put in rehab

Lindsay Lohan will not be leaving the Cirque Lodge rehab program in Utah this weekend, as had been speculated. "Not true," the actress's mother told Access Hollywood in an email, "staying in Utah." A source close to the star agrees: "Lindsay is not leaving Cirque Lodge in Utah any time soon. She has a few more weeks to grow and develop, and she is doing great." During her time at Cirque, Lohan has been spotted taking bicycling and whitewater-rafting excursions. She was also reunited with her father for the first time since he was released in March after serving two years in New York State Prison for DUI and other disorderly behavior charges. Lohan has also been visited by her mother and siblings Cody and Ali.

Directors defend Wilson flick's release

Owen Wilson latest film, The Darjeeling Unlimited, opens in limited release this weekend. At a press event for the movie, reporters asked filmmakers Roman Coppola and Wes Anderson, along with co-star Adrien Brody, if the film - in which it is implied that Wilson's character may have recently attempted suicide - should have been postponed in light of the actor's recent real-life attempt to end his life. "That's not what I want and not what Owen wants. Owen's very happy we're releasing it now," said Anderson. And Coppola adds: "There's the show business adage of the show must go on. We're all sympathetic about our friend's well being. I haven't spoken with him about this but I think he'd be very eager that the film be shown. He's proud of the work we did. In terms of art and personal life echoing one another - that's the proper way to make a movie. I've been witness to a lot of movies that my dad [Francis Ford Coppola] did and it's very familiar to me that your personal life reflects the theme of the movie. To me it's just a given that your life and the theme of the work is going to intertwine." Adrien Brody also weighed in, saying, "I try not to think about these things. It's not up to me."
