More celebrity twins!! Actress Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon has announced that she and her husband, talent agent Michael Nilon, are expecting twins this fall. "We are over the moon and feel very blessed," Beauvais-Nilon said of the news. The couple have been married for seven years and the NYPD Blue star has a 15-year-old son from a previous marriage.
