Shama Sikander (4 August 1983) became famous in Sony channel's 'Yeh Meri Life Hai' in which she played the role of a simple Gujarati girl Pooja. Before TV serials, she worked with Bollywood's leading stars like Aamir Khan in Mann and Fardeen Khan in Prem Aggan. But her career in Bollywood did not take off, inspite of these movies.
Shama Sikander has also acted in movies like Chand Bujh Gaya, Ansh and Pardesi Babu and Dhoom Dadakka, none of which did well at the box office.
Shama has not been able to make a mark as yet. Shama has also done modeling for designers like Ritu Kumar, Neeta Lulla, Shaina N.C. and Nisha Jamwal.
Shama, born in Makrana, Rajasthan likes swimming, dancing, kick boxing and even plays the Violin.
Shama is currently featuring in the reality show ‘Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena’ on Colors with Vinod Kambli as her partner.
